The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing/Production time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours after the order is placed. Once order is processed, it may take an additional an additional 24 hours for the shipping process. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. The shipping time frame depends on your location.

Please note we are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered". 

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.  

All SALE Item Purchases are final. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, UNLESS A HUMAN ERROR WAS MADE ON OUR END! 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, to help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at orders@theunfilteredbrand.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Exchanges on defective items

If you receive a wrong item/ defective item we will replace it with the same item in the same size. 

To be eligible for a wrong item defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and sent back to The Unfiltered Brand within 14 days of purchase. 

Because all apparel is made custom for each order we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on apparel and custom merchandise. Unwanted purchases are not returnable. Please view item details, size chart, and care instructions on website or email us for assistance. Please read the shirt size chart before purchasing. Our shirts are unisex shirts. We recommend for a slim fit to order a size down.
